For this portion of the project, we all came together and really decided what we wanted our job description to look like. My job was to add to the original description touch up on it and make it look professional. We went over qualifications and experience and a description.
One thing I feel really good about for this project is our ability to work together. I think we all did a really good job last time and we really came together with our minds. I think we can continue to do a really good job on this project and get a really good grade.

I think the first big academic achievement that comes to mind is getting into college with academic scholarships. A lot of people get into college and it is a pretty big deal to get into college because it is a pretty big accomplishment. But to one up getting in with academic scholarships can be even bigger of a deal because it will take a little less stress off of the finances of college. Another accomplishment for myself is when I graduated high school I won the academic athlete award. This was an awesome award for me to get because it shows that I can handle both academics and athletics and can deal with lots on my plate. This is also just a very good award to put on an accomplishment page. And finally, the last thing I could say could be I got the chance to buy my first car over the summer. I thought this was a pretty big achievement of mine, I am really proud of it because I worked so hard to get myself there and persevered through long days of work and long weeks of work, because I knew I had an end goal of buying a car. My goal was to buy it before the end of the summer and that is exactly what I did. Looking back on it I am really happy and proud of my accomplishment.
The first question I may ask is to what extent do you have experience in this field? This will allow them to go a bit more in-depth about what they have done and they can talk about how comfortable they are. Another question could be why are you interested in this specific job? They can explain what they like about it. And finally, you could ask what are your strengths and weaknesses? This is a common one but always a good one to ask.
One question that could be asked would be what separates you from other applicants? This can be a good question to get the person to make them stand out. Another question that could be asked would be how are you going to make an impact at our company? I feel like this is another really personalized question that will do a lot for an interview. And finally, what do you need from us to be successful? This could also be a good question because it makes the applicant think how can. he be helped.

After going about the first round of interviews I had some time to reflect as to what I can do when it is my turn to be interviewed and as well do the interviewing. I think it was good to watch at first, it gave me an idea as to how formal this would be and how I should be acting during this. I should have answers at the ready and not have to think about them at all. If I have to take time to think about them then that can come off as if I am not prepared for this interview. One thing I would continue todo would be keep taking noting and figuring out what I may what to ask for questions that I had not before. I really enjoy the creativity of this assignment because it leaves a lot of room for us todo our own thing and can really make it fun. Some things that I may change is have a good understanding of everything I am doing prior to, from the job title all the way the the questions that will be asked during the interview.

After reflecting on class it was a lot more interactive for me. Unlike last class where all I did was sit and watch, I got to be part of the search committee seeing who would be a valid option to pick. We got to interview two different people from different teams. I think my groups flowed very well together and it felt very natural, we also felt really peppered for this part of the project as well which was good and did a lot for us. As for the interviewees it also went really well, they both had really thought out answers which helped us keep our flow in the project. As for when I was observing for the second group I noticed a lot of good things going on. They also felt very prepared which made the whole class look really good and prepared. One thing I really like was when we asked the interviewee if they had questions, they all have a couple of questions at the ready which really helped the groove feel good and made everything feel natural.

Throught this semester a lot of good things have gone on, and I feel like I have done pretty well in the course throughout the semester. I enjoyed the course because it was really interactive throughout the whole semester. As for project three, I think this was a really good project todo as a college student. I think this gets forgotten in most classes and was really good we went over what a potential job interview and planning for a job interview may look like. It requires alot of brain storming, and should not just be a regular conversation. You should have a list of questions that you should be prepared for. As for the questions you should next have a list of answers that you can use, so that there is not awkward pause in between anything. As for the interview its self, it is a formal but not too formal interaction between you and typically a committee of people who work for the company prepared to ask you questions. As for when we had to watch and observe it was really helpful todo it first because my group went on the second idea. It gave us a lot of really good ideas, because if we had gone first I feel like it would not have had as many good ideas as we had on day number two. As for the other way around, although I did not have the chance to get interviewed it was still nice to watch and see what they all did well. They were all really well prepared and had well thought out answers. Some things that really stood out to me was before they began the interview they made sure to shake everyones hand and make sure to introduce them selves to everyone. Another thing that really stood out to me is that at the end of the interview when asked if they have any questions they had a few well thought out questions that really describe and show what the job is all about and what you do. Towards the end of the project we began to discuss who had the best interview and talked about what we liked about them. Also we did a little bit of self reflecting as to what we think we did pretty well and what we think could have gone a little better. One thing I think we were really good at was that we were prepared to interview our two guests and had really good questions for them. One thing that we could have done better is communicate a little better so we are all on the same page at the same time. Overall, I think we did really good and we all learned a lot from this. As well it prepared us for our lives and how we should go about interviews and how we should go about interviewing other people for potential jop opportunities. I think it was so successful because we took each step carefully and really made sure everyone was lined up and ready to go so that we felt ready when the final day to interview came to us.
